Servicing & RepairsRLB’s friendly and professional Service Technicians will repair your systems and tools to the original manufacturer’s specifications using genuine parts. The repairs and servicing of your equipment can be performed either onsite or in our workshops. We ensure that your systems and tooling program(s) are operating at the optimum efficiency and performance. From hand tools to semi/fully automatic machines we maintain an inventory of high wear parts to ensure quick repairs and turnaround. We use a serial number for each tool or machine to track the repair history. By using our RLB tracking system we are able to monitor the cost of repair and parts by tool throughout its lifecycle. Rental ProgramWe appreciate that sometimes an ownership model doesn’t suit everyone. We offer customised plans for a range of systems and tooling to suit our customer’s needs. Short Term Rentals Offer the flexibility to temporarily rent tools and machinery to keep at pace with your production or business demands or act as a substitute whilst your existing tooling or equipment is serviced or repaired Long Term Rentals Remove the need for upfront capital investment through our long term rental plans. All rental equipment is maintained by our service technicians. We also offer the ability to return, renew or buy equipment at the end of the lease. |
TrainingAs a market leader and industry specialists we also offer operator training and preventative maintenance guidance. This includes a mixture of product and skills training where we can also engage the support of our key suppliers. We typically use a train the trainer methodology to ensure that the information is correctly cascaded through your organisation and operators.
